Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Worksheets Builder AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Registration requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are non-transferable.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly through Gumroad:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle for active subscriptions.
• Starter Lite via invite code: One-time bonus month only. Credits do not auto-refresh unless you subscribe.
• Each image generation costs 8 credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

The following timeline applies after your subscription expires or is cancelled:

• Day 1: You will receive an email confirming your subscription has ended and your data retention period has started.
• Day 45: You will receive a final warning email with your remaining days before data deletion.
• Day 60: All generated worksheets, history, and image files will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Resubscribing before Day 60 will stop the deletion process and restore full access to your history.

We are not responsible for data loss due to subscription expiry. It is your responsibility to download your content before the deletion date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or storage limits
• Share your account credentials or invite codes with others
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's API or infrastructure
• Use the Service for commercial resale without written permission

6. AI-Generated Content

• Worksheets are generated by Google Gemini AI. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• AI generation may occasionally fail, produce partial results, or return unexpected content. Failed generations do not consume credits.
• You retain ownership of prompts you submit. Generated outputs are provided for your use subject to these terms.
• We are not liable for any AI output that is inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Gumroad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Gumroad per their refund policy. Contact us at contact@worksheetsbuilderai.my.id for refund requests.
• Upon refund, your account will be downgraded immediately and data retention period will begin.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits.

8. Privacy & Data

• We collect your email, username, IP address, and generated content to provide the Service.
• Your prompts and generated images are stored on our servers in your account history.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Gumroad. We do not store payment card information.
• We use your email to send service notifications, subscription updates, and data retention warnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of generated content due to subscription expiry or account deletion
• Service interruptions, API failures, or data loss beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
