Overview

By subscribing to Worksheets Builder AI ("the Service"), you agree to this Refund Policy in full. Please read it carefully before making any purchase. All transactions are processed by Gumroad and are subject to both this policy and Gumroad's own terms of service.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate allocation of credits upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason under normal circumstances.

No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use credits within the subscription period
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality or style
Accidental purchase of the wrong plan
Forgetting to cancel before renewal date
Technical issues on the user's device, browser, or internet connection
Partial use of credits or unused portion of the subscription period
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
Data loss resulting from failure to download worksheets before subscription expiry
AI generation failures where the system retried or partial images were delivered

Exceptions (Discretionary)

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

A verified technical failure on our server side that prevented the Service from functioning entirely for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours)
A documented double charge or billing error caused by our payment processor (Gumroad)

Important: Even in exceptional cases, refunds are entirely at our discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to offer service credits instead of monetary refunds.

To submit a refund request for an exceptional circumstance, contact us at contact@worksheetsbuilderai.my.id with your Gumroad order number and a detailed description of the issue. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed:

Your account will be immediately and permanently suspended
All associated data will be deleted without notice
You will be banned from registering future accounts
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal means

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 60 days before permanent deletion. See our Terms of Service for the full data retention policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Worksheets Builder AI and its owners, developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of credits, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this policy shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
