Cancellation & Data Retention Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Gumroad account. There is no lock-in. After cancellation, your data is not immediately deleted — we give you time to download your work.

Day 0 — Subscription ends: Your account is downgraded. You keep full access to view and download your existing worksheets. You cannot generate new ones.

Day 1 — First notice: You receive an email confirming your subscription ended with a reminder of your data retention window.

Day 45 — Final warning: A second email is sent reminding you that your worksheets and history will be permanently deleted in 15 days. Use the Download All button to save a ZIP of everything.

Day 60 — Data deleted: All generated worksheets and history are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. Resubscribe before Day 60 to stop the deletion and restore full access.

We strongly recommend using the Download All feature in your History page before cancelling to keep a local copy of your worksheets.

No refund policy: All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the service and instant credit allocation upon subscription, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our side. If you experience any issues, please contact support before requesting a refund. We recommend starting with a smaller plan to test the service.

How do credits and images work?
Each image costs 8 credits. A full generation (5 unique worksheets) uses 40 credits. Your monthly plan gives you a fixed credit pool — divide by 8 to get your total image count. For example, Pro (800 credits) = up to 100 images. Credits refresh on the each month as long as your subscription is active. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
When do my credits reset?
Credits reset automatically at the start of each monthly billing cycle. They are only refreshed while your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, credits are not refreshed even after the month ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly from your Gumroad account. There's no penalty and no lock-in period. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your worksheets and history remain accessible for 60 days after your subscription ends, giving you time to download everything.
What happens to my worksheets if I cancel?
Your worksheets are safe for 60 days after your subscription ends. You will receive a warning email on Day 1 and a final reminder on Day 45. On Day 60, all generated worksheets and history are permanently deleted. We strongly recommend using the Download All button to save a ZIP of your work before cancelling.
Can I resubscribe after cancelling?
Yes, absolutely. You can resubscribe at any time via Gumroad. If you resubscribe within the 60-day retention window, your existing history and worksheets will still be there. If you resubscribe after Day 60, your account starts fresh with no previous history.
What happens when I hit my storage limit?
You'll see a notification. Go to your History page, delete any old worksheet sets you no longer need, and storage is instantly freed. Or upgrade to a higher plan with greater storage capacity.
What if the AI output doesn't match my prompt?
Because AI is creative, results may sometimes differ from your exact wording. You are only charged for successfully generated images. If a generation fails or yields no images, no credits are deducted. You can always refine your prompt and try again.
Can I customize the aspect ratio?
Yes! Mention "aspect ratio 16:9", "portrait 3:4", or "square 1:1" in your prompt and the AI will adapt the output format. Default is 3:4 portrait, optimized for A4 printing.
Are the promo prices locked in?
Promo pricing is a limited-time offer. The discounted rate applies to your subscription as long as it remains active without interruption. If you cancel and resubscribe, the current pricing at that time applies.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, partial months, or cancellations. Since credits are allocated instantly upon purchase, we encourage you to start with a smaller plan to test the service. If you experience a verified technical failure on our side, contact support and we'll review your case.
